1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chaty, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Chaty provides AI-powered auto-reply and sales assistant features for WhatsApp and Messenger. Features, message limits, and pricing depend on the plan you subscribe to.

3. Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter contracts.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and security of your credentials.
• One account per business unless otherwise agreed.

4. Acceptable Use

• No spam, harassment, illegal content, or violation of Meta / WhatsApp policies.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, abuse rate limits, or bypass plan restrictions.
• You are responsible for all content sent through your connected channels.

5. Billing & Plans

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Message limits reset according to your plan (daily / monthly). Exceeding limits may pause auto-reply until the next reset or until you upgrade your plan.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated case by case within 7 days of payment. Usage-based charges are non-refundable.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or pose security risks. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI responses may contain errors — review automated replies for accuracy before relying on them for critical business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chaty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
